At A.MANO Brooklyn, we want you to love every handcrafted piece in your home. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return

  Contact our customer care team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging and condition; please note that fragile ceramics and glassware must be securely padded to prevent breakage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our Brooklyn studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
